  Voici une petite astuce simple mais efficace pour désodoriser son four à micro-ondes: placez un bol d’eau mélangé à du jus de citron dans votre mico-ondes puis faites le tourner à puissance
  maximale pendant 30/45 secondes.</span><br>

  Fouetter la crème liquide&nbsp; avec le sucre<br>

  Chauffer l'eau et faites y fondre la gélatine<br>

  Ajouter progressivement&nbsp; dans le fromage blanc la gelatine fondue<br>

  &nbsp;Incorporer la crème en aérant bien avec une spatule.<br>

  Monter votre bavarois biscuit +fromages laissser prendre au froid<br>

  vous pouvez assembler votre dessert dans des moules en inox puis decercler, ou dans des verrines, desmoules en silpat .....<br>

  Ensuite decorer délicatement le sommet de votre dessert de fruits frais ( de saison et locaux de préference pour le bien de notre planète)<br>

    <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Tous les ingrédients doivent être à la même température.<br>
    <br>
    Les œufs doivent être sortis du réfrigérateur à l'avance.<br>
    <br>
    Au départ vous devez verser l'huile goutte à goutte.<br>
    <br>
    Si l'huile et le jaune ne prennent pas ou prennent mal, ajoutez une cuillerée de vinaigre bouillant, et ne cessez pas de fouetter l'ensemble.<br>
    <br>
    Rien à faire...c'est raté!<br>
    <br>
    Ne vous énervez pas, prenez un autre bol, cassez-y un jaune d'œuf et réutiliser la mayonnaise raté à la place de l'huile.<br>
    <br>
    Versez-la très prudemment au début.<br>
    <br>
    Si vous aimez la moutarde, aucun risque de ratage : mêlez, au départ, jaune et moutarde,<br>
    <br>
    attendez une ou deux minutes et procédez selon la recette traditionnelle.<br>
    <br>
    Vous pouvez d'ailleurs rattraper une mayonnaise ratée en la rebattant avec de la moutarde.<br>
